- Data residency
- Customer data is stored in the EU. Some AI processing currently runs outside the EU. EU-only processing is available on request.
- AI processing
- Our AI providers operate under zero data retention terms and do not use customer content to train their models.
- Certification
- ISO 27001 certification scheduled for Q1 2027. SOC 2 certification in progress.
- Encryption in transit
- All traffic between you and Okty is encrypted, on every connection.
- Encryption at rest
- All stored data is encrypted, wherever it is held.
